New weaponskins in Dragallods!

We've added all lv13 runed skins to the webpage!

Along with that, we did some cleaning and removed all weaponskins sorted per weapontype.

We update some mount descriptions in the Mount page, and we're doing behind the scenes cleaning so we can convert it to a better list in the future, which will make the website work faster.
